How do I design my own Bronze Plaque ?
Please visit our online Design System. There is an intuitive user interface, which will navigate you through the design process. If you feel stuck, please refer to our “How-to” videos on our YouTube channel. Or contact us directly and we will be able to assist you.
What is the time frame from buying a bronze plaque online to receiving it ?
Once we receive the paid order it will take 4 to 6 weeks for you to receive your plaque.
We are able to meet specific dates such as for an anniversary. However keep in mind, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise causing a small delay so the more time allowed the better.
We are able to produce certain products within a shorter time frame. Please contact us for a quote as a surcharge may apply.

How much do Forever Shining bronze products cost ?
Generally, the cost of Forever Shining products is determined by the size of the item and the quantity and size of any photos, motifs, logos,text, etc. that are applied to the product. Larger, more complicated products will cost more than smaller less complicated products of the same type.

Do your bronze products require special maintenance or upkeep ?
No. A soft cloth and soapy water is all that is required for cleaning. Rinse and dry your plaque, then buff with clean soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or materials as these may damage your bronze plaque.
Will my cemetery allow a bronze plaque memorial ?
Every cemetery has rules and regulations.
You must check with the cemetery prior to purchasing a bronze plaque memorial.
What if I am looking for something more decorative or elaborate, something that your Design Tools do not do ?
We can design a plaque for you based on your individual needs. Whilst custom designs do incur some extra charges, you are limited only by your imagination in what you could achieve with a custom plaque. Please feel free to discuss your ideas with us. Design fees and specialist manufacturing fees will be incurred.
Who will install my plaque ?
We can provide simple, straight forward instructions for installing plaques. Alternatively, an experienced builder or handyman could install your plaque for you.
